Location
The University of Florida College of Dentistry is located at the Dental Science Building in the J. Hills Miller Health Center. Enter through the West Entrance (large, sliding-glass doors), directly across Center Drive from the West Visitor Parking Garage. Signs will be posted at the West Entrance to direct you to the correct classroom.
Parking
Park in the West Visitor Parking Garage (1831 Mowry Rd., Gainesville, FL 32603) approximately 1 block west of the Dental Science Building for $4 with voucher provided at course check in. The parking fee is reduced to $4 with voucher Monday – Friday. Parking is free on weekends. All other parking is restricted.
NOTE: Park where University Police Department can see your license plate from the aisle, if you pull forward facing the aisle, tickets will be issued at cost to the participant.

Disabled Parking: Visitors to the University of Florida campus who display a state disabled person parking permit may park in any metered space on campus and in the visitor and patient toll facility without paying the parking fee. Parking is available in a lot immediately west of the Dental Science Building

Cancellation/Refund Procedure
Our new registration website now allows for self-cancellations and transfers.
You may otherwise request a cancellation by emailing admin-cde@dental.ufl.edu
Standard Course Refund Policy
- Full refunds will be issued to registrants who cancel their registration no later than 14 days before the course starting date.
- Refunds, less $50, will be processed for registrants who cancel 7-13 days before the course starting date.
- A 50% refund will be issued for registrants who cancel 2-6 days before the course starting date.
- No refunds will be issued for registrants who cancel within 48 hours of the starting date.
Hands-On Courses with Pre-ordered Consumable Supplies Policy
Examples: Courses involving pig jaws, cadaver heads, etc.
- Full refunds will be issued to registrants who cancel their registration no later than 14 days before the course starting date.
- Refunds, less $110, will be issued for registrants who cancel 7-13 days before the course starting date.
- A 50% refund will be issued for registrants who cancel 2-6 days before the course starting date.
- No refunds will be issued for registrants who cancel within 48 hours of the starting date.

Webinar & Web-Based Courses Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Full refunds will be issued to registrants who cancel their registration no later than 48 hours before the course starting date/time.
- A 50% refund will be issued to registrants who cancel 48-24 hours before the course starting date/time.
- No refunds will be issued for registrants who does not login to the webinar or who cancels within 24 hours of the course starting date/time.
Program Cancellations
Continuing Dental Education reserves the right to modify or cancel a course when circumstances warrant, including insufficient enrollment. Dates, course content, fees or faculty will be changed only when unavoidable. If a course is already full when registrations are received, or if the course has been canceled, applicants will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
