Meet the Speaker: Dr. David Hancock

Dr. Hancock was born and raised in the Midwest. His was from an academic family. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Hancock attended Northwestern University Dental School, completing his degree in 1976. He began private practice in Scottsdale, July 1976. His private practice areas of interest were complex restorative dentistry, dental occlusion and TM disorders. Interest in failed TM treatments led to years of study in orofacial pain. Trained at the Pankey institute, Dawson Center, Spear, and UKY orofacial pain center under Jeffery Okeson DMD. Completed 200 + head and neck dissections with Terry Tanaka DDS.

Dr. Hancock is a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, the America Equilibration Society. A world leader in Occlusion/TM Disorders and Comprehensive Care, the American College of Dentists, to name just a few. Dr. Hancock is a perpetual learner. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the White Mountains of Arizona and golfing with his three grandkids

WEBINAR CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refunds will be issued to registrants who cancel their registration no later than 48 hours before the course starting date/time. A 50% refund will be issued to registrants who cancel 48-24 hours before the course starting date/time. No refunds will be issued for registrants who does not login to the webinar or who cancels within 24 hours of the course starting date/time. Participants may phone the Continuing Education office to cancel, but a written request which includes the name and phone number of the person who paid for the course must be received by our office before a refund can be processed. This request can be emailed to ce@dental.ufl.edu.
