Minimally Invasive Full-Mouth Rehabilitation: Injection Molding and Indirect Adhesive Techniques for the Worn Dentition

Course Description

This comprehensive two-day program provides participants with the knowledge and hands-on experience to diagnose, plan, and execute minimally invasive full-mouth rehabilitation for patients with worn dentition. Through a combination of lecture and extensive hands-on exercises, attendees will gain proficiency in flowable composite injection molding, adhesive preparation design, occlusal equilibration, and indirect ceramic restorations. The course emphasizes a systematic approach—from diagnosis and case planning to provisionals and final cementation—allowing clinicians to restore function and esthetics while preserving tooth structure.

Course Objectives

  • Diagnose and treatment plan full-mouth rehabilitations for patients with worn dentition.
  • Understand the principles and indications for injection molding with flowable composites.
  • Perform hands-on flowable composite injection techniques for predictable direct restorations.
  • Assess and adjust occlusion through guided equilibration for stable function.
  • Prepare teeth conservatively for porcelain veneers and onlays using adhesive principles.
  • Fabricate and manage high-quality provisionals to test esthetics, phonetics, and function.
  • Select appropriate adhesive protocols and execute predictable final cementation of ceramic restorations.
  • Integrate direct and indirect restorative approaches into a minimally invasive workflow that enhances long-term outcomes.
