Transfer, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Continuing Dental Education strives to accommodate reasonable requests while maintaining fairness to all participants and faculty.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations received 14 or more days before the course start date will receive a 100% refund.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • 75% refund for cancellations received 7–13 days before the course start date.
    • 50% refund for cancellations received 2–6 days before the course start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course start date or for no-shows.

Cancellations may be initiated by phone; however, a written request (via email) must be received before a refund can be processed. The refund amount will be based on the date the written request is received, not the date of the phone call. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Registrants may also choose to transfer their tuition (less any applicable cancellation fees) to another course of their choice, subject to availability.

Transfers

Participants may transfer to a different available course date up to two times, provided the request is made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled course.

  • Additional transfer requests beyond the second will be treated as cancellations and subject to the refund schedule above.
  • Failure to attend after the second transfer will also be treated as a cancellation.
  • Early communication is encouraged so CE staff can best accommodate transfer requests within policy limits.
