What is the policy regarding cancellations and transfers?

How Can I Register My Team?

  • When you find a course you would like to register for, scroll to the bottom of the page where all the registration information is located
  • Click where it says “Learn More” to be taken to the registration website
  • Once you add a course to your cart, you will have the option to select whether you are enrolling as a dentist or dental team member
  • Pick the option that is appropriate for your situation
  • The registration systems creates a unique UFID number for each user so login information cannot be shared with others
  • Each person looking to enroll in a course must create and use a unique login

Where Can I Find My Email Receipt?

  • If you can’t find your receipt in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder and ensure you’re looking at the email address you used to register

How Do I Find My Classroom?

  • Look for the wayfinding signs located at the West Entrance that will lead you towards the proper classroom

What dietary restrictions are accommodated?

  • We provide a vegetarian option for lunch but are unable to accommodate additional dietary restrictions or preferences. A selection of snacks and beverages will be available, but options may be limited. If you have specific dietary needs, we kindly ask that you bring your own meals, snacks, and drinks to ensure you have what you need throughout the day.

What Should I Wear?

  • Participants are required to wear closed-toe shoes
  • You may dress comfortably, and we recommend layering to adjust to varying temperatures
  • If participating in hands-on activities or visiting the SimLab, please dress in accordance with OSHA standards

What Are The Pre-requisites? How Can I Access Them?

  • Pre-requisites will be located on the course webpage
  • Not all courses have pre-requisites

How Do I Get Into the Building if the Door is Locked?

  • The front door of the hospital (main entrance) is always open so you can walk around and enter from there
  • Call the operator using the phone located outside West Entrance
